Gateway's Standard Series NS Notebook is designed for small- and medium-sized businesses that need a good-quality mainstream machine for standard office work. An affordable laptop for those without a demand for highest-end solutions like TPM security and DDR3 RAM, the Gateway® NS50 Notebook features Genuine Windows Vista® Business, an Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor, Intel® Centrino® 2 Technology, DDR2 memory, draft-n Wi-Fi, a fingerprint reader and an HDMI port. Day or night, in the office or at home, our Standard Series laptop will capably handle all your mainstream needs.

Like the Gateway Office Series, our Standard Series passes 14 separate reliability tests, including shock and vibration testing and system performance and MTBF testing. Our Standard Series is also assembled with components from select manufacturers.

Plus, this Standard Series Notebook comes with an HDMI port and can be outfitted with an optional dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA® GeForce® 9300M GS, ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3470 or ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3650).
