End-User Replaceable Parts Programme This programme gives you a fast and easy way to solve your computer problem. If your Customer Care representative concludes that your equipment needs a new part, it will be shipped to your door. Parts such as power adapters, keyboards and mice will fall under this programme.
Depot Repair If we need to arrange a Depot Repair, our service team is at your service. A Customer Care representative will help you determine the problem and issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and call tags for pick up. Then, simply ship your unit to our repair facility and we'll restore it to working order and deliver it back to your home or business. |
